1. General provisions

These terms define the rules for using the Intelit.ai platform. By using our services, you accept the following conditions.

2. Scope of services

Intelit.ai offers a platform for automating and managing freight and transport processes, including document processing, order management, and reporting.

3. Registration and account

Using the platform requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate data and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

4. Payments

Fees for using the platform are charged according to the selected subscription plan. Invoices are issued monthly or annually in advance.

5. Savings guarantee

The guarantee covers customers who use the platform continuously for twelve months from the completion of onboarding. The onboarding record establishes the baseline — the time taken to handle a single order before implementation — together with the hourly rate used to convert that time into cost. Throughout the guarantee period, order handling time is measured in the system. If the value of the time saved is lower than the total subscription fees for that period, we refund the subscription fees for those twelve months. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the end of the period. The guarantee does not cover periods in which orders were not entered into the system, nor situations in which a change in the customer's way of working makes comparison with the baseline impossible.

6. Liability

Intelit.ai makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption. We are not liable for damages resulting from outages caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. After termination, user data is retained for 90 days.
