These terms define the rules for using the Intelit.ai platform. By using our services, you accept the following conditions.

Intelit.ai offers a platform for automating and managing freight and transport processes, including document processing, order management, and reporting.

3. Registration and account

Using the platform requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate data and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

4. Payments

Fees for using the platform are charged according to the selected subscription plan. Invoices are issued monthly or annually in advance.

5. Liability

Intelit.ai makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption. We are not liable for damages resulting from outages caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. After termination, user data is retained for 90 days.
